ADMISSIONS PROCESS

STEP 1:  

Download and fill out "Request for Student Records" form below.  Provide this form to student's current school.

STEP 2:

Download the "Confidential Teacher Questionnaire" form below and give to a teacher who knows the student well.  Questionnaires can be e-mailed, if desired, to admin@castserra.com or if the teacher will be mailing the form, please enclose a stamped envelope for the teacher addressed to Chesterton Academy of St. Serra, Attn: Admissions, 30 Santa Maria Way, Orinda, CA 94563. (Note: Homeschooled applicants can have the questionnaire filled out by a non-parent teacher, coach, or parish priest who knows applicant well.)

STEP 3:

Download the "Student Questionnaire" form below and have student fill out in his/her handwriting.  Scan and upload back into the TADS online application after completion.

STEP 4:

Complete the online application and pay the application fee. Both are managed through TADS. The TADS link will be provided once application opens on Sept 17, 2026.  

STEP 5:

Complete CLT testing and family interview.  You will have the option of a CLT test date on either January 23 or January 24th. Family interviews will take place in February.  Sign-ups will be sent at a later time for both the CLT and family interview.

STEP 6:

Applications for financial aid are due March 9, 2027.  Please note that required documents include W2, 1040, and 1099 for tax years 2025 and 2026.
